Wishing to forget your illiberal reflections on my Country, I shall make no mention of them, and only demand satisfaction for the pointed Insult offerd to myself. My Friend Mr. Rutledge, who is so obliging as to be the Bearer of this, will settle every preliminary respecting our meeting, and his arrangement, shall be positive, and binding with me.
