Seidz Landt and Oudveyerlant, the latter has the appearance of considerable commerce, the canal being filled with Scosts—a vessel used for the inland navigation. The sides of streets in these towns are paved with brick edgeways, and the centre with stone, which they import for that purpose, the country not affording a sigie pebble—it is desagreeable to strangers. The inhabitants guard their feet with large wooden slippers.
